Overview

We love lab automation!  At HighRes, we provide innovative laboratory automation systems, dynamic software solutions, and lab automation devices with superior technology to accelerate and streamline drug discovery.  We are growing like crazy and are looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial superstar to help establish and grow our marketing team.

Responsibilities

 

  • Maximize the channels within our online marketing campaigns including our website, blog, SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, retargeting, and webinars 
  • Work with social media channels and manage our marketing resources to maximize new and current customer engagement
  • Track marketing efforts using google analytics, HubSpot, 1CRM and other tools to support recommendations with data
  • Work directly with our sales and management staff to achieve mutually agreed upon milestones
  • Generate content for sales collateral focusing on key products with our portfolio
  • Support all lead generation activities within the US and Europe  

Qualifications

  • Experience driving successful lead generation and follow-up campaigns.
  • An understanding of search engine marketing best practices including SEO and PPC
  • Familiarity with email marketing best practices and software packages
  • Good writing skills, the ability to edit, and deliver compelling content for ads, website, and other marketing materials
  • Experience working closely with the graphic design and web development teams to improve campaigns, suggest user experience edits, and drive marketing success
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and general web performance metrics
  • 3 years of demonstrated success in an internet marketing role
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • High attention to detail, and ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once
  • Experience with a in-bound marketing automation software packages (HubSpot, Market, Pardot…)
  • Support of lead generation and conference activities is a plus 

Desired Experience: 

  • You have 3 - 5 years of demonstrated success in a  marketing role(s)
  • Familiarity with the startup world and you are excited to be a part of the growth and acceleration of a fast moving company
  • Team player: able to work effectively alongside Team members and with other departments where there are mutual dependencies
  • Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately: good news fast, bad news faster
  • Experience in life science capital equipment will be a plus
