Overview

We love lab automation!  At HighRes, we provide innovative laboratory automation systems, dynamic software solutions, and lab automation devices with superior technology to accelerate and streamline scientific discovery .  We are growing like crazy and are looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial superstar to help establish and grow our marketing team.  This position will be direct and drive the channels within our online marketing campaigns including social media, website, blog, SEO, email marketing, retargeting, and webinars.  Check out the position’s roles and responsibilities below

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership team to develop our strategy and execution plan for our social media channels
  • Manage resources to maximize new and current customer engagement
  • Track marketing campaign efforts using google analytics, HubSpot, 1CRM and other tools to support recommendations with data
  • Work directly with our sales and management staff to achieve mutually agreed upon milestones
  • Generate content for sales collateral focusing on key products and application areas
  • Support all lead generation activities for our US and European sales teams
  • Good writing skills, the ability to edit, and deliver compelling content for ads, website, and other marketing materials
  • Work with cross functional teams in graphic design and web developments to improve campaigns, suggest user experience edits, and drive marketing success
  • Own our in-bound marketing channels.  Utilize the data with the sales team to further focus our business efforts 

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in a marketing role(s)
  • Experience establishing and executing multi-phased marketing campaigns ideal
  • Familiarity with a startup environment. You will help establish the marketing team direction moving forward
  • Team player: able to work effectively alongside Team members and with other departments where there are mutual dependencies
  • Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately: good news fast, bad news faster
  • Experience in life science capital equipment will be a plus
  • An understanding of search engine marketing best practices including SEO and PPC
  • Familiarity with email marketing best practices and software packages
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • High attention to detail, and ability to effectively manage multiple projects at any time
  • Experience with in-bound marketing automation software packages (HubSpot, Market, Pardot…)
