  • Overview

    The HR Generalist opening with HighRes is multi-dimensional opportunity for someone who will be the primary owner of our recruiting process in addition to supporting HR operational needs. This role will be involved in a wide range of responsibilities including owning the recruiting function, assisting in the organization of employee events, HRIS transactions, and more.  Ideal candidates should have prior full cycle recruitng and HR administrative experience. Ideal candidate must also have a hand's on mentality, with a strong drive to deliver results, and adapt as different priorities arise all while meeting deadlines.


    • Facilitate traditional and nontraditional recruiting resources to identify and attract quality candidates
    • Facilitate the internal transfer process
    • Manage relationships with recruiting partners
    • Partner with hiring managers to support full life cycle staffing needs
    • Administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings
    • Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (benefits, background checks, drug screens, compensation, non-compete agreements)
    • Manages the applicant tracking system and all metrics for recruiting activities
    • Provides compensation data to hiring managers, interview feedback, and offers guidance on recruiting processes
    • Assists with new hire orientation, on boarding, and processing of new hire documentation
    • Maintains employee files and records
    • Assists with employee benefit enrollments
    • Supports payroll process as needed
    • Coordinate employee events as needed
    • Support HR initiatives and projects as needed
    • Serve as a point person for team member inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs


    The ideal candidate will have:

    • 4-Year Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    • 2 years of experience in a Generalist role; ideally one that has supported full-life cycle recruiting
    • Knowledge of applicable federal and state laws relating to general employment 
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent communication skills – via phone, email and in person
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities, wearing many hats
    • Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
    • Working knowledge of MS Office 365, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems
